Monica Coyle is a supervisor in the Translational Research, Innovation, and Test Development Office in the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology (DLMP) at Mayo Clinic. She works with Laboratory Genetics and Genomics to identify, prioritize and align new test ideas and business development opportunities with operational resources. Monica actively mentors new leaders of employee resource groups and assistant supervisors in her department.
She is a Prosci-certified change management practitioner, serves as the assistant secretary for the DLMP Diversity Committee, and is past chair of the Greater Leadership Opportunities for Women Mayo Employee Resource Group.
Monica completed her master’s degree in health and human services administration at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the same university.
