Dr. Nadine Binder is an independent trainer, coach, and consultant who supports individuals, teams, and organizations in their development, providing them with proven tools and techniques to realize their full potential and connect deeply and meaningfully with others. She is specialized in intercultural communication and global leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, personal leadership, and mental health awareness.

Drawing upon her academic background, Nadine uses an evidence-based approach to designing and delivering face-to-face and virtual learning solutions as well as consulting for a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations, SMEs, nonprofit organizations, education institutions, law enforcement and judiciary, and public administration, such as Credit Suisse, Daimler AG, Goethe Institute, Mercator Foundation, OHB SE, Panasonic Germany, and Siemens Gamesa. Besides her independent work, Nadine is a partner at the Institute for Developing across Differences (IDD).

As a consultant, Nadine is combining her expertise and skills in quantitative, qualitative, and cross-cultural research methods as well as in designing and conducting evaluation studies in her DEI-focused client work to generate data-based insights, provide recommendations, and support clients in developing and implementing action plans. She also has extensive experience in designing and conducting evaluation studies to assess the effectiveness and impact of DEI interventions and learning programs.

Nadine has published on intercultural and global competence development and assessment as well as global leadership, and she holds external lecturer positions at various universities in Germany where she regularly teaches courses on cross-cultural management, intercultural business communication, and diversity training.

She has lived in Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia and is currently based in Northern Germany. She works in German and English and has also studied French and Spanish. She received her PhD in psychology from the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS) in Germany for her research on using an evidence-based approach and multi-method assessment to design, implement, and evaluate innovative formal curriculum interventions that support future leaders in developing and strengthening their ability to work across cultures in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. She has extensive experience with leading interdisciplinary and international project teams and has successfully organized and facilitated learning interventions and programs in Germany, Spain, Poland, and China, as well as delivered interactive online programs to participants from around the world.

Nadine is a trained Co-Active Coach and Senior Facilitator of Personal Leadership. Together with Jeremy Solomons, she has co-founded and is co-directing the Globally Conscious Peacemakers (GCP), a global network of over 300 professionals who gather virtually on a regular basis to share and learn about topics of interest around global peace.
