Natalia Arbulu

Natalia E. Arbulu is a diversity consultant at MassMutual, where she helps drive greater inclusion through education, communications, consultation and facilitation. In her role, Natalia develops and manages MassMutual’s diversity and inclusion education programs, focusing on the development of culturally competent and inclusive leadership. In addition, she creates internal and external communications that foster understanding of MassMutual’s diversity and inclusion strategy. Natalia first joined MassMutual in 2007, and has spent most of her tenure developing strategic communications for senior executives. A professional writer for nearly two decades, she began her career as a reporter for The Republican newspaper in Springfield, Mass., where she covered town and regional government, state education, and matters important to the area’s growing Latino population. Natalia is the recipient of MassMutual’s 2014 Service Excellence Award for her delivery of high-quality results to her clients in challenging assignments. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Connecticut.
