Pamela A. McElvane is CEO and publisher of Diversity MBA (DMBA), a P&L Group brand. Diversity MBA is a national brand that provides recognition and branding, talent management, and diversity and inclusion strategies to Fortune 1000 companies. Pam leads an innovative, passionate and creative team that provides clients like Kaiser Permanente, Walmart, AT&T, UPMC, Nielsen, Ingersoll Rand, Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive and more, with access to leadership development programs, research on current trends for diversity strategy and talent management, and reputation management.

Diversity MBA key brands position companies to recognize top talent, celebrate diversity leadership, and support thought leaders. Diversity MBA Magazine distributes print and digital publications to 1.95 million subscribers; DMBA Inclusive Leadership Index has surveyed more than 800 unique companies across industries and recognized more than 500 companies for the Best Places for Women and Diverse Managers to Work; DMBA Top 100 has recognized more than 1,200 leaders for outstanding performance; and DMBA has partnered with CTR Leadership Institute and trained more than 100,000 professionals in 10 years.

Pam is dedicated to help others and support their dreams. She serves on the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council board and chairs the LUV Institute board. She is a frequent guest on national and local radio and television networks (ABC, WGN, and NBC) speaking about D&I business impact. Pam’s writing has been published in several books, business publications, and thought-leadership white papers. Beginning May 2018, her first book joint of 10 will be published.

Pam has received numerous awards: recently she was awarded the Martin Luther King Excellence Award from Illinois Dept. of Human Rights; Strategic Star from Diversity Woman; Phenomenal Women from Black Women’s Expo; Who’s Who Most Influential Chicago Spotlight; and Chicago Minority Supplier of the Year.

Pam has her MBA in finance and marketing from the University of California at Berkeley. Most importantly, she is inspired by her three children (Chris, Joshua, and Cameron) and spouse (Nelson).
