Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson is the founder of Proactivism, a coaching and consulting firm that helps activists and nonprofit professionals change the world from a place of balance, mindfulness, and resilience.

Leaning on nearly 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Paul believes that it’s possible — and necessary — to both work hard for social justice and prioritize your well-being. He is also a Gallup Certified Strengths coach and an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator.

Paul resides in South Minneapolis with his partner (Bailey), dog (Curry), cat (Pita), and a little one on the way!
