Peggy Nagae

Peggy is the Chief Operating Officer of White Men as Full Diversity Partners (WMFDP). She manages the firm’s client service teams. A former Assistant Dean of the University of Oregon Law School and law firm administrator, Peggy has over 20 years of experience in client development and client satisfaction. Ms. Nagae’s expertise and experience include the following: Identifying skills needed to manage conflicts and have greater trust, greater collaboration, and more effective partnerships with colleagues. Resolving value differences that underlie conflict and stand in the way of reaching goals. Transforming limiting beliefs and unresolved emotional concerns that drive unproductive behaviors, so natural leadership strengths are more consistently demonstrated deepening the management skills necessary to promote high performing teams, including cross-cultural teams. Supporting leaders throughout all levels of an organization in raising their level of leadership effectiveness.
