Reba Dominski joined U.S. Bancorp in June 2015 as the President of the U.S. Bank Foundation and SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility. In 2017, she was promoted to Chief Social Responsibility Officer and in 2019 to EVP, Chief Social Responsibility Officer. Reba leads U.S. Bank community efforts to maximize social, environmental, employee, and business impact. She leads the U.S. Bank Foundation volunteerism, environmental sustainability, community affairs, and financial education strategy. She also leads diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts and the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act activities focused on lending, serving, and investing in low to moderate income communities.

Prior to U.S. Bank, Reba was with Target Corporation for 21 years serving in a variety of roles, including divisional in Sourcing and director of Merchandise Planning. Most recently, she was a senior director of Community Relations, where she was responsible for leading Target’s Education Initiatives. She led Target’s efforts to give $1 billion to education focused on improving literacy rates, providing schools with the resources they need, and helping to close the opportunity gap in America.

She chairs the Pollen Midwest Board of Directors, co-chairs the Leadership Council of Generation Next, and serves on the Board of Directors of Greater Twin Cities United Way and the Quell Foundation. She also serves on the Campaign Committee for the Center of Economic Inclusion.

Reba earned her BA in English and graduated with honors from the University of Michigan.
