Rebecca John, EdD

Rebecca John serves as vice president of operations at Augsburg University in Minneapolis, where she oversees facilities, finance, marketing, and public safety. Prior to joining Augsburg in 2010, she held leadership positions in finance, public relations, and technology organizations, and has experience in both global corporations and start-up companies. Previously, she also served as a mathematics teacher with the U.S. Peace Corps in the Republic of Guinea.

Rebecca holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, a Master of Business Administration from Augsburg University, a master’s degree in organization management from the University of Phoenix, and a bachelor’s degree in communication and journalism from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn.
