Reggie Woo is a Senior Vice President and an Audit Director within U.S. Bancorp Corporate Audit Services responsible for providing the U.S. Bancorp Audit Committee objective risk-centric assurance services. He leads a team of audit professionals and is currently responsible for the audit activities of U.S. Bancorp’s anti-money laundering program. He has also previously been responsible for the audit activities for U.S. Bank’s consumer banking, global payment services, regulatory compliance, and operations.

Prior to joining U.S. Bancorp in 2003, Reggie was employed by Target Corporation and TCF Financial where he provided to those organizations risk management services and feedback for process improvements.

Reggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, located in St. Peter, Minn., and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, located in St. Paul, Minn. He is a Certified Internal Auditor, a Certified Information Systems Auditor, and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. From 2009 to 2015, Reggie served as the board treasurer for Minnesota Communities Caring for Children and was named that organization’s “champion for children” in 2015. He currently serves on the board of House of Charity, which seeks to feed those in need and house those experiencing homelessness.
