Yes, We Can! Breaking Down the Barriers to the Employment of Individuals with Disabilities through Assistive Technology
Roselle Rogers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the vice president for Strategic Initiatives and Thought Leadership at LocalJobNetwork™ (LJN) and has more than 20 years of experience managing HR, talent acquisition and compliance operations. Her company provides compliance assistance to federal contractors with mandatory job listing, outreach, recruiting and documentation.
Roselle has previously presented at the National Industry Liaison National Conference, the AAAED National Conference, the Institute for Workplace Equality Fall Conference, and to various employer groups on diversity and inclusion, best practices for diversity outreach to attract minorities, women, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
She is the lead editor of the monthly publication The OFCCP Digest and hosts webinars on affirmative action, EEO, diversity and inclusion, and outreach for LJN’s webinar series. Roselle served as a director of the Metro Milwaukee SHRM Board, chaired its SPHR/PHR Certification Committee, and facilitated SPHR/PHR classes for three years.
