Sacha Connor

Sacha Connor is the CEO of Virtual Work Insider, a consultancy that coaches organizations to work seamlessly across any distance. She specializes in virtual leadership skills training for hybrid, virtual, and remote teams within companies and agencies.

Sacha has 18 years of business leadership experience at a Fortune 500 company and also agency-side, and eight years of experience leading large, geographically distributed teams fully remotely.

As one of the first remote marketing directors, she led brands worth over $250 million and was the first fully remote member of the leadership team for a $1 billion division at The Clorox Company. Sacha co-founded the first-ever Virtual Workforce Employee Resource Group which enabled location inclusion across office sites, taught virtual leadership skills, and influenced the C-suite about how to adapt for the future of work.

Sacha has counseled and trained clients across many industries, including Toyota, Beam Suntory, Cigna, Gilead, Colgate-Palmolive, FIFCO, and Clorox. She has spoken on virtual leadership topics in forums like the IDEO U Creative Confidence Podcast, the FlexJobs TRaD Works conference, and the Diversity Best Practices EmERGe conference.
