Sarah Speer is a strategic HR professional at Turnberry Solutions, Inc., with a focus in talent management and people-focused programs and strategy. She has supported the organization through stages of hyper-growth, mergers and acquisitions, and the launch of many employee-centric strategic programs.

Sarah’s passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion programs stems from her work in human resources and being a working mother of two young daughters. She sits in a DE&I liaison position to support our steering committee and various other teams in measuring and reviewing policy, equitable benefits design, health and wellness support, DE&I recruitment tactics and promotion candidate pools equity review, and implementing HR support across the organization.

Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan and a master’s in the science of management – human resources administration from Central Michigan University. She lives in metro Detroit with her spouse and two spirited, amazing daughters.
