Scott Hamman

Scott Hamman is an experienced Human Resources professional having worked over the past 20 years in a variety of leadership roles in different healthcare-related settings. He is a highly collaborative individual and develops strong relationships with key stakeholders to build highly engaged work environments. Scott utilizes his skills as a strategic business partner to consult with executive leadership teams on human capital practices supporting business goals. In addition, he also has experience leading talent acquisition and diversity initiatives where he implemented innovative strategies to solve complex workforce challenges. Scott’s education background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Luther College and a double Master of Arts degree in Management and Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota.
