Sonja Swanepoel

Sonja Swanepoel is a facilitator and coach with Chiaro Business Transformation and is passionate about people and their well-being. For the past four years, she has been working as a transformation and organizational development consultant, specializing in diversity training and leadership. She has also been teaching part-time at Stellenbosch University.

Sonja completed her LLM at Stellenbosch University in 2019 and commenced MBA studies at Stellenbosch University Business School in 2021. Additionally, she completed ORSC (Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching) Fundamentals and ORSC Advanced 1 (2018). She also completed an Enneagram course (2018) and an Organizational Development course with Connect to Grow (2019).
