Stacy Richards is vice president of business development for Menttium. She began her career as a litigation attorney before joining Thomson Reuters (TR) in 1999. Starting as an account representative for the Westlaw product, Stacy spent 15 years in various sales, account management, and leadership positions at TR, including heading up the law school business for four years. While at TR, Stacy participated in Menttium’s Mentoring Circles program first as a mentee, became a mentor, and then a facilitator, and fell in love with the mission of providing formal mentoring for professionals, so she joined Menttium at the beginning of 2016.

Stacy is in her fourth year of service on the board of the Dakota County-based nonprofit, 360 Communities. She received a BA from Boston College and a JD from Villanova University School of Law. Stacy calls the Philadelphia area home, but currently lives in a suburb of St. Paul, Minn., with her husband and two teenagers.
