Stefani Tygar Barnes

Stefani Tygar Barnes is a senior vice president and an insurance division manager for personal insurance within Wells Fargo Insurance, Inc. Her team meets the Wells Fargo customers’ protection needs by offering consumer insurance products through contracts with a variety of insurance companies nationwide. Stefani leads multiple contact centers.

A 22-year team member of Wells Fargo, Stefani held leadership roles in institutional retirement, from 1992 to 2007, in the areas of relationship management, product development, communications, and call center operations. From 2010 to 2014, she was a senior relationship manager in the former wealth brokerage and retirement division where she connected business lines across the enterprise and developed strategies to deepen customer relationships.

Stefani was with Deloitte Consulting from 2007 to 2010, helping retirement plan providers differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, product development, and operational support.

Stefani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa and mentors business women by volunteering through the Menttium 100 program. She is on the board of directors for People Serving People, Inc., the largest and most comprehensive family-focused homeless shelter in Minnesota. She was named a 2015 Top Women in Finance by Finance & Commerce newspaper and frequently speaks on career exploration and personal brand.
