Stephanie Lundquist

Stephanie Lundquist is executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Target and is a member of its executive leadership team. She leads all aspects of human resource management for Target and is responsible for recruitment, development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards and engagement for more than 320,000 team members around the world.

Stephanie joined Target in 2005 and during her tenure has held leadership positions in talent acquisition, talent management and operational roles in business integration and project management. Prior to assuming her current role in 2016, she served as senior vice president of human resources for all corporate functions and had a pivotal role in building Target’s transformation office and strategy.

Stephanie serves on the board of directors for the HR Policy Association and on the Global Leadership Council for the Concordia College Offutt School of Business. She is also a member of the G100 Talent Consortium, the Gartner CHRO Global Leadership Board, and is co-chair of the Minneapolis CHRO Leadership Summit. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business and communication from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
