Tamara Thorpe is a recognized thought leader in next generation leadership with more than 20 years of experience in global leadership and organizational development. She has worked across sectors to build healthy organizations that challenge the status quo and make a difference. In her work at LCW, she helps leaders and teams learn to leverage diversity and differences to foster belonging in the workplace.
Tamara’s approach to diversity and inclusion is grounded in her own experiences as a woman of color and her years of education and experience living and working in the U.S. and abroad. Tamara earned a Master of Arts in leadership and training from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics from the University of California, San Diego. She is also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®), an instrument that measures intercultural sensitivity.
