With more than 20 years of experience guiding organizations toward workplace inclusion, Teresa Hopke brings a wealth of knowledge and wisdom on the importance of establishing cultures of belonging where everyone can thrive. Her unique, trusted, and proven insights on employee well-being, women’s leadership development, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) make her an incredibly valuable resource as Talking Talent’s CEO.

Teresa’s career has been focused on building up others in order to achieve the best results, both for the individual and the teams they work with. Her innovative ideas and determination to see real change are the reasons for her success during the past two decades.

Before joining Talking Talent, Teresa was already a trailblazer for inclusive leadership and work-life integration. As a senior vice president for Life Meets Work, she launched new coaching and women’s leadership practices. She was also an integral force for retention and engagement strategy at RSM as the senior director of National Talent Management. Her innovative coaching and culture programs led the company to prestigious recognition and awards.

Teresa’s groundbreaking work has garnered her many accolades, including the AWLP (Alliance for Work-Life Progress) Work-Life Rising Star award. She has been featured in many publications and media outlets. You may have seen her work on CNBC, CBS This Morning, NBC Nightly News, and NPR, or read her articles in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, HR Daily Advisor, Money magazine, and many more.

As a mother of four, Teresa understands the needs of working parents and caregivers. She continually advocates for people who are underserved, undervalued, and underestimated in the workplace. With compassion and focus, she is leading the way for more inclusive workplace cultures across all industries.
