Before joining Talking Talent, Teresa was already a trailblazer for inclusive leadership and work-life integration. As a senior vice president for Life Meets Work, she launched new coaching and women’s leadership practices. She was also an integral force for retention and engagement strategy at RSM as the senior director of National Talent Management. Her innovative coaching and culture programs led the company to prestigious recognition and awards.
Teresa’s groundbreaking work has garnered her many accolades, including the AWLP (Alliance for Work-Life Progress) Work-Life Rising Star award.
