Thamara Subramanian is a Learning and Innovation manager for The Winters Group, Inc. She is responsible for curating tailored learning experiences and strategies focused on taking action in service of equity, diversity, and inclusion. Thamara is passionate about the intersection between health and social justice and how social determinants of mental health can be addressed through program innovation, behavioral science, and policy.

Thamara’s interests include using design and innovation to address minority health disparities, educational opportunity gaps, mental health, and injury and violence prevention. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and medical anthropology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Health degree in social and behavioral sciences with a concentration in health communications and public health leadership from the Harvard School of Public Health.
