Tiffani Daniels

Managing Director

Company: Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity
Role: Session Presenter

Tiffani Daniels has spent more than a decade in the Twin Cities building brands. She began her career in advertising at global agencies BBDO Worldwide and McCann Worldgroup. As a brand manager at General Mills, she led growth on brands like Wheaties, LÄRABAR, and Fiber One. While her expertise is in crafting brand strategy, launching consumer products, and leading teams, she has always advocated for underrepresented groups — serving as the chief operating officer for a nonprofit focused on Black and Latinx undergraduate students and leading development programming for all Black employees at General Mills.

Currently, Tiffani is the inaugural managing director for the Minnesota Business Coalition for Racial Equity where she is responsible for building the organization’s strategy, structure, and operational plans to address racial disparities in the state of Minnesota.

Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan–Ross School of Business. She lives in the Minneapolis area with her husband, Dameon, and two sons, Quincy and DJ.
