Timitra Hildebrand-Jones serves as director of Diversity and Inclusion at Trane Technologies — a leading global climate innovator. In this role, she ensures the continued cultivation of Trane Technologies’ winning work culture by working closely with company leadership to equip and empower them to lead with an inclusive mindset. In addition, Timitra works with a strong network of diversity champions, councils, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to mobilize and activate the company’s Progressive, Diverse and Inclusive (PDI) strategies and programming across the Trane Technologies 36,000-plus employee population.
She brings extensive HR and leadership experience, having most recently led human resources efforts for the commercial HVAC business as the director of Human Resources. As an advocate for company-wide diversity and inclusion, Timitra has served as the global co-chair for the company’s Black Employee Network (BEN), an ERG serving more than 300 employees throughout the country.
Prior to joining Trane Technologies, she held human resources roles at Bank of America, GMAC Insurance, and Lincoln Financial Group.
Timitra holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from North Carolina A&T State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
