Timitra Hildebrand-Jones is the director of Diversity and Inclusion at Ingersoll Rand and has been with the company for nearly 13 years. Prior to her current role, Timitra held various human resources business partner roles across the organization and has been the co-chair of the Black Employee Network (BEN) for several years.
Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Timitra held various HR positions in the financial and insurance industries. She holds a master’s degree in human resources from North Carolina A&T State University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of North Carolina.
