Tracey Gibson is the statewide director for recruiting, retention and affirmative action for Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB). Prior to working for the State of Minnesota, she worked for Cargill, Inc., for 29 years. She has gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of accounting, finance, financial markets, treasury, community engagement and human resources.
In her current role, Tracey is responsible for increasing the state’s capabilities in the areas of recruiting, retention and affirmative action. She works in tandem with the state’s chief inclusion officer and is tasked with increasing diversity and inclusion for all state workers. Tracey excels at building relationships and creating strong strategic partnerships.
In 2012, Tracey was selected as one of the Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity. Tracey serves on several boards and volunteers through her church and her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta.
