Tracie Hall

Tracie Hall, owner of TM VentuHERS, has extensive human resources experience including business partnership, labor and employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, and designing and implementing people strategy and programs. She has designed and delivered talent management, talent acquisition, change management, and talent development across different industries and global organizations including Capital One, Deloitte, PepsiCo, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and McCormick & Company. She is an official member of Forbes Human Resources Council.

Tracie has developed and implemented talent acquisition strategy and has partnered with human resources to develop strategy for talent management including workforce planning processes, talent and succession reviews, performance management, and organization design.

Tracie earned her MBA and BA at Rice University, and her MS from Carnegie Mellon. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2017. Tracie is Prosci™ certified and a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute.

She is a member of SHRM, Houston HR Association, National Black MBA Association, and Houston Lawyers Association. Tracie is a former Big Four strategy and M&A professional turned global HR leader with an expertise as a global HRBP and enterprise COE partner.

She enjoys genealogy and serving the elderly, experiencing different cultures and food, and volunteering.
