Who Is Eligible?
If you are a student, unemployed individual, or an employee of a nonprofit or for-profit organization with a budget of $5 million or less, you may apply for a scholarship to attend the Annual Conference, March 10 – 12, 2020. Verification is required.
Scholarship applications are reviewed by Forum staff and scholarship sponsors. Awards are made based on merit and need. If your are selected for a Forum scholarship, you will be notified by email by a Forum team member
What is available?
Thanks to a generous sponsorships by Ameriprise and Bremer Bank, scholarships are available for individuals to attend the conference at no charge.
Day 1 scholarships ($495 value)
Day 2 and 3 scholarship ($1,395 value)
For scholarship recipients, additional days to attend the conference can be purchased for a reduced fee as follows:
Day 1 reduced fee: $200
Day 2 and 3 reduced fee: $500
Scholarships and reduced fee recipients limit two per organization.
How do I apply?
We will start accepting applications in early December 2019. Check back for a link to the application or subscribe to our email list to get notified once the application is available!
What happens if I am awarded a scholarship?
Upon approval of a scholarship you will receive a special discount code by email to register online. The reduced fee Forum Scholarship registration must be paid in full prior to conference registration. Do not register prior to receiving this code. Awardees will be notified as applications are received and reviewed.
Scholarships are limited – not all who apply will receive an award.
What if I miss the deadline?
Please consider volunteering at The Forum! This is a great way to lend a hand and be able to attend select portions of the conference at no charge. Meals and a Forum t-shirt are also provided to volunteers – it’s a lot of fun and a great way to network too.
