Description

Refreshing your D&I strategy every three years is crucial. Based on global research and an approach by MassMutual, two seasoned professionals guide you in an innovative process including how to leverage diversity to generate “go-big” ideas, systems thinking, and gap analysis. Five other presenters serve on a panel describing replicable examples: leadership engagement in a U.K. company; gamification and implicit bias work in a white-male-dominated engineering organization in Germany; measurable staff development at Buck Education Institute; implementation in a 93-year-old U.S. higher education association breaking through race/gender membership barriers; and strategy development for a Canadian organization with a unique mission. Interactive and practical—you will leave with a start on refreshing your initiative with tools to continue.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply innovative techniques to refresh your D&I strategy both in the seminar and following it using tools demonstrated.
  • Gain ideas, a process, energy, and excitement to tackle the significant job of refreshing your strategy.
  • Learn how global D&I experts have been able to move their strategy forward toward world class.
