Clockwork started the MN Tech Diversity Pledge (www.mntechdiversity.com) in early 2016 to draw attention to a problem that our local economy faces: an underrepresentation of LGBTQ, women, and people of color in the technology industry. Companies and organizations that take the pledge commit to changing this through direct action.
