Transformational Diversity takes our D&I work, and our organization as a whole, to the next level. Diversity 1.0 focused on representation. Diversity 2.0 focused on inclusion to ensure respect in the workplace. Today we think that’s not enough, and our focus is on Transformational Diversity — a shift to a new level that actually requires us to operate differently. In this stage, we are able to enter the workplace with new mindsets and skillsets, allowing us to transform the situations we’re in and the organizations we lead because we’re actually able to see and respond to greater complexity.
