Culture is a fact yet how we define and capitalize on it at work is continually socially constructed. Cultural competence starts with self. This seminar focuses on the personal self, relative to other cultures. Participants will reflect and explore their cultural identity for the purpose of unpacking how it impacts others at work. Understanding one’s cultural self-impacts work outcomes by assisting a person to lay an inclusive foundation for genuine and authentic cross-cultural relationships and environments.
