Diversity is a fact, equity is a choice, inclusion is an action, and belonging is an outcome – and when carefully combined in the workplace, it creates an environment of ingenuity, new ideas, and ultimately, better business decisions. Despite best efforts to focus on building diverse talent pipelines, many organizations struggle to attract and retain diverse teams. Early career programs are something many organizations have experimented with but with mixed results. Join this session to explore how TEKsystems has experimented and evolved to find, retain, integrate and promote diverse talent starting with early career professionals. Attendees of this session can expect to hear from a panel of experts how to not only build early talent programs to solve for diversity needs but to retain those individuals through inclusion programs. This session will dig into how leaders can think differently to build programs that are sustainable, scalable, and keep talent long-term into organizations.

Learning Outcomes

  • Learners will FORMULATE a list of best practices to take when using early career for diversity.
