Engaging in a productive dialogue that results in win win solutions when discussing a reasonable accommodation request with an employee can be challenging. Using 3 professionally produced videos we will demonstrate how to successfully navigate these conversations. Scenarios will include: 1) Accommodating non-apparent disabilities where stigma is a factor; 2) Interviewing candidates who have communications challenges like those on the Autism Spectrum; 3) Addressing the intersection between performance management and requested accommodations.
