The Forum on Workplace Inclusion is a nonprofit organization housed at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minnesota. At a time when national and international communities are experiencing charged dynamics around societal events, political shifts, and racial and religious polarization, it is more important than ever that leaders have the tools necessary for responsive leadership that advances diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
