Jonamay Lambert is a pioneer in the diversity and inclusion space. She is the co-creator of the Diversity School Inventory; creator of RespectAbility Self-Assessment Diagnostic Tool; and co-author of “Trainer’s Diversity Source Book,” “Global Competence” and numerous other published diversity and inclusion trainer’s guides that have been used by organizations around the globe.
She is a founding partner of Spectra Diversity and creator of the Spectra Diversity Inclusion Assessment (SDIA) which measures individual and organizational perceptions related to diversity and inclusion.
