Charmaine Cavin, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a Human Resources business partner for HealthPartners. She has more than 15 years of experience in the human resources field providing strategic leadership for organizations and people strategies for a variety of corporations with a passion for DEI initiatives.
Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. Outside of work, she spends time reading, working with her sorority, crafting, learning Spanish, and spending time with family and friends.
