Erin O. Van Heirseele, BSN, RN, PHN is the clinical manager for the Minneapolis branch of Fairview Home Care. She supervises a team of 35 nurses who provide skilled care to patients in their homes. She has over 10 years of experience in the home care environment and was a case manager and education coordinator prior to taking on a leadership role 5 years ago. Erin supports her team to provide respectful, patient-centered care while navigating the challenging dynamics of providing services in an environment that is first the patient’s home and second a work environment.
