Did you know inclusive leaders rank higher in emotional intelligence (EQ)?
Research contends EQ is a critical power behavior and soft skill for exhibiting an inclusive growth mindset. Emotional intelligence is the ability to manage and address our emotions and the emotions of others through four primary tenets: self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, and relationship management.
Based on Bloom’s Taxonomy of Learning, this trend talk will offer three practical tips and learning outcomes on how to lead with an inclusive EQ mindset.
