While research and studies have made the business case for diversity clear, it has been less obvious how to quantitatively connect inclusion to core business KPIs.
In this session, Aleria presenters will share how they link inclusion to business performance and the core metrics that business leaders most care about. Using the Aleria model “4 Pillars of Business Performance,” they’ll share data and insights from their own team’s research to clarify exactly why inclusion is what leads to both improved performance and diversity.
Learning Outcomes:
• Learn the model “4 Pillars of Business Performance” and which KPIs belong in each of them • Understand how elements of inclusion impact each pillar and the KPIs within them in a quantitative way
• Obtain data and research you can use to support your own work communicating to your clients and building more inclusive workplaces
