STANDARD BOOTH – $1,200
Includes the following:
- Customizable virtual booth for showcasing products and services via text, images, links, and downloadable files
- Share your message in a unique way with the ability to add video to your booth
- Interactivity with conference attendees directly via Zoom chat during exhibitor hours and indirectly via polling in your booth
- Chat functionality to contact attendees outside of exhibitor hours
- Data analytics on booth visitors
- One (1) conference registration comp*
*Exhibitors receive a complimentary booth staff registration, which serve as an all access pass to the conference. If an exhibitor would like additional booth staff beyond the complimentary staff, options to purchase additional all access passes (at a discount) to the conference are available during registration. Registering a booth does not mean you are registered as a conference attendee. If you wish to participate in the conference in any capacity (i.e., working your booth and/or attending workshops), you must complete a conference registration.
To receive the registration comp code for booth staff please email [email protected]. This code grants full access to the conference.
Any booth staff above the allotted number of comps must register for the conference at applicable pricing. Alternatively, we offer a free “Marketplace only” registration option, which limits registrants to their booth (no access to workshops or any other conference features). If you are interested in this option, please email [email protected].
made in writing (email acceptable) by February 28, 2022. A refund of the full exhibitor booth cost, minus $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests made after February 28, 2022. Submit all requests via email to: [email protected].
The Forum regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
