Michael Collins has over 30 years of interdisciplinary experience in customer operations, risk management, human resources, leadership development and workforce diversity. He has held leadership positions at major institutions in the financial services, higher education and transportation industries. Michael has an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and a 15-year relationship with WMFDP.
