Nancy Michael has worked in non-profit management for nearly 30 years. During that time she has worked in fundraising, program development and management, operations and as an executive director. Ms. Michael has served on equity and inclusion teams in several positions and has lead workshops at local, regional and national education conferences. Ms. Michael was a founding member of the Minnesota Racial Equity Network and has worked as an equity consultant with government, corporate, non-profit, faith-based, and community groups. Ms. Michael has also co-authored six curricula focused on anti-bias education.
