Olivia Lepore is a senior managing consultant in IT project management at Turnberry Solutions. She is a champion of Well & Able, Turnberry’s employee resource group focused on mental health, physical health, and disability awareness, and is a member of Turnberry’s DE&I Training Task Force.
Olivia’s personal experience with depression and anxiety, coupled with a passion for DE&I strategy and its importance in today’s workforce, has provided the foundation for her work in the DE&I space.
