35th Annual Conference

March 27-29, 2023

The Forum on Workplace Inclusion® at Augsburg University in collaboration with Higher Education Recruitment Consortium (HERC) is providing an opportunity for those in Higher Education to address issues specific to their work culture and structure with this special half-day virtual event.

In this moment of grand disruption, higher education has the opportunity to reinvent its workplace policies, practices, and norms into drivers for inclusion. This transformation requires a thoughtful, brave, and holistic approach that accounts for campus readiness and resources. During this half-day session, participants will develop an institutional roadmap that goes beyond incremental change to move the institutions toward the real and lasting change.

Learning Outcomes

Through the higher education track, participants will:

  1. Learn to assess their institution’s and department’s readiness for change
  2. Identify opportunities and challenges for inclusion in the post-pandemic workplace
  3. Develop a road map of actionable, substantive, and lasting steps to create inclusive workplaces
