Her primary focus is to use data-driven approaches to match job seekers with competency-based trainings that provide the skills in demand by employers.
Tammy has more than 25 years of experience in workforce development with a strong concentration on creating experiential and work-based opportunities that put job seekers on a pathway for lifelong career success.
