Lynn Cowart has extensive experience working and consulting in senior-level human resources positions for industries including financial services, aerospace, food service, and utilities. She has facilitated executive coaching, change management, and strategic staffing initiatives for mid- and senior-level executives as well as career transition programs, retention and engagement strategies, assessment interviewing, and training for all organizational levels.
At Career Systems International, Lynn has led coaching programs and training events for an array of professional business clients. She has managed and led international programs designed to instill culture changes within organizations by modifying behavioral tendencies within individuals. These solutions include extensive leadership coaching around the CSI Love ’Em or Lose ’Em strategies as well as developing individual action plans that support retention, engagement and inclusion, and career development.
Throughout her corporate career at GE and Lockheed Martin, Lynn conferred with business leaders in a broad range of functions such as management and organizational development, communication strategies, career planning and placement, and organizational effectiveness. She has coached executives on change management, retention and engagement strategies, and positive management leadership.
Lynn received her MBA from the University of Connecticut. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business and communications from SUNY at Buffalo.
