Prerequisite: People who are leading D&I in their organization and want to learn how to better measure and demonstrate the impacts on revenue and/or operating costs.
Description
How do you know if your D&I initiatives are successful if you’re not measuring their impact? In any organization, the old adage, “what gets measured gets done” holds true. Organizational leaders pay attention to strategic metrics.
Through the assessment of dozens of organizations over five years, CCDI has developed a suite of unique and innovative approaches and technology for measuring D&I in organizations. These include tools for examining individual leadership competence, the workforce representation perspective, the workplace inclusivity and program maturity perspective, and financial ROI on D&I. Together, these provide a holistic understanding of D&I in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
This unique and engaging hands-on workshop will cover different approaches to measurement and put participants to work in assessing their own organizations, engaging in interactive discussions, and building a measurement plan which can be implemented in their own organizations.
Learning Outcomes:
- Knowledge of multi-layered measurement techniques and technologies for assessing D&I in organizations.
- Practical understanding of how to create a D&I measurement plan in any organization.
- Take away self-assessment of participants’ own organizations and plan to improve measurement in their organization.
