Description
This interactive presentation will begin with a backdrop — defining bias, microaggressions and systematic racism. The stage will be set leveraging data, benchmarking and examples of how these behaviors and systems have had an ongoing adverse impact on marginalized people.
Participants will then learn practical and tactical ways they can mitigate bias, interrupt microaggressions and use individual privilege to dismantle systems of oppression.
