Description
As practitioners in the DEI space, we are being called upon more often (thankfully!) to take our work beyond training and into accountability and systems change. During this session, I’ll offer a case study showing development of a DEI-based performance competency used as the basis for compensation and promotion decisions for an entire company of 300-plus.
Session attendees will learn about the process we followed, how we invited staff into its co-creation, the supportive resources we provided, and staff reactions and lessons learned. I’ll also engage the audience in conversations about what accountability can look like more broadly.
