Amy Wilczynski loves working as a transformation consultant motivating people to overcome their limiting beliefs in order to uncover their human potential. She brings high energy and creativity to her international coaching all the way up to the C suite level at globally recognized companies. As a facilitator, Amy creates safe atmospheres and experiential learning. She uses the enneagram to guide clients to self-awareness and behavior change.

Amy has worked in the professional development field for 10 years. Starting as an office manager creating, adapting and organizing a new structure so the organization could transform to meet the ever-changing landscape facing their clients in order to grow the business. This led to overseeing all new clients in a project management capacity.

Amy’s experience in corporate training and leading seminars in the pharmaceutical field as well as sales allowed for an easy transition into meeting facilitation and creating and designing customized programs for teams to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. Her certification in spiritual psychology had enabled her to bring a holistic view to executive leadership development .

Amy has been in local politics for the past 10 years as a Councilwoman and most recently as Council President for the Borough of Allendale, NJ. She views herself as a conservative moderate and runs on the Republican ticket.
