Barb McLean

Barb McLean is the equity specialist on the Diversity and Inclusion Team at the City of Edmonton. Her educational background includes a BA in women’s studies/political science and an MA in political science with a focus on race and gender.

Barb has deep and broad experience in diversity and inclusion, and training and development, as well as with inclusion lenses such as Gender Based Analysis Plus (GBA+). She leads the implementation and sustainability of GBA+ throughout the City of Edmonton.
