Dan Gough (he/him) is a principal consultant with LCW and a trusted advisor to global leaders in the design and execution of DEIB strategy. Drawing upon a background in management consulting, intercultural communication, and social science research, Dan helps LCW’s clients drive change within highly matrixed organizations. He has worked with clients across industries — including CPG, health care, industrial goods, and professional services — to craft, socialize, and deploy solutions that create sustainable cultures of inclusion.

Prior to LCW, Dan worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), advising market-leading clients on change management, executive onboarding, and enterprise-wide transformation. He has also published original research on global cultures, while designing curricula and teaching in Latin American and International Studies programs at the University of Chicago and Tulane University.

Dan holds a PhD from the University of Chicago and an AB from the University of Georgia. He is bilingual in English and Portuguese. In his free time, he enjoys cooking with his husband, exploring architecture in his adopted hometown of Chicago, and playing chamber music.
